and I keep a lot of stuff (including thoughts) that the average person wouldn't even consider holding on to. Needless to say I am keeping company with clutter. So anyway, I want to make my cyber world a little tidier and so now I'm trying to make up some categories for my blog posts. My rationale is that I can keep it all organized if I categorize. Keep in mind, this coming from a girl who is a clutter queen.
So I'm thinking of themes and of course scribbling comes to mind. Then I think, "So what is scribbling really? Is it drawing, writing or both?" Seems like an easy answer, but sometimes when you analyze things, things can get quite murky. And sometimes the more you analyze, the murkier it gets. After surfing over to dictionary.com for a quick read of the definition of scribble, things got a lot clearer.
The definition of scribble read as follows... "to write or draw in a hasty or careless way," among others. So I don't want to say that my writing here or anywhere for that matter will be hasty or careless, but I think of it more as a quick and fun way of expression. Yea, that's my definition of scribble... "to write or draw in a quick or fun way!" Yea!
So back to my category creation and the reason I looked up scribble to begin with. And to answer my initial question of "Should I use scribble as a category for writing or drawing, cause what is scribbling really?" So now that I am fully assured that it is both, and knowing that I had to tweak the definition a bit for my own purposes (let alone sanity)I still am back to square one because I still have no clue as to what I should name my category titles.
Stay Tuned. Yea!
