No major shopping for me. At least not yet. I’d like to say I’m waiting for the sales.. waiting for the sales racks to bloom. But I am not. No, I am just too lax to frankly do any arm butting, shirt grabbing, line cutting moves. It’s way too early for me to take my Uggs all out in the middle of things. But I did just get a Brighton catalogue today.. by post. So maybe I just might change my mind.

So far I have done very very little shopping. I spent $200.00 two weeks ago and wrapped those gifts--all 4 of them. Everything is soooo expensive I can barely believe it. Next weekend I'll really have to get busy and get it done though and I refuse to let myself feel guilty for not spending a ton of money because I just don't have it this year to spend.
PS--I bought stamps, actually put them on the Christmas cards and now? I can't find the cards!! Ugh!!

I love reading your blog lady! What country are you in? I also appreciate the time you take to sketch, then post it. Very admirable.
From a guy's stand point of view...

you and me, we are the 'wait-till-we-want-to' shopping soul mates. Personally, I hate the crowds. I oughta shop
in May.

Have to concur with Richards analysis; your site is indeed quite unique and a fresh breath of air to peruse. Your illustrations are great!

At least you have Uggs to stomp around in. They not only look great, they give one a sense of comfort and security on the coldest, most miserable winter days.
Happy Holidays!
By the way, your sketches continue to improve. Keep up the good work.

Wearing this dress for a friend's wedding, and it looks lovely from the front.
