OOPs!

I totally forgot to post yesterday... I guess one day became another, and now that I only have one weekend left... my creativity is fading fast but not so fast that I can't crank out a few last things.

Pick Up

Today is just kinda busy and slow at the same time.  I picked up the turkey dinner that I ordered last week from Safeway ( interesting pictures to come).  The turkey looks kinda small, but at least it's already seasoned and cooked so all's I have to do is heat it and eat it.   Looking forward to the yum.. yum.. yum..  Anyway I have a few more errands to run and at least it's a bright, sunny day and sixty-five and beautiful.

4 for u

I can't believe I've posted for four days straight.  I haven't done that since way back in the day when I was a real (and regular blogger).  Anyway, this one isn't much, but I am grateful that I did get a few fine tuned lines out today.  Maybe I will try and color it later,  if I have the time. Nevermind the fact that this does look suspiciously similar to yesterday's sketch.  Oh Well... i tried.

As promised, I loaded up on a Venti Cafe Mocha and had a Fruit, Yogurt, & Granola Parfait on the side.  And that was just enough to get my creative juices kicking and this is the first thing I pumped out.  At first this sketch was mostly gray and black and white and then the color red (which later turned to maroon) kept washing through my mind. 
And this is my Sketch Blog of the Day. And I hope you like it!
 

Cheater

Well . . .  I feel like I cheated today since I implied that I would post a sketch each day for the next week and of course I was just a wee bit too tired today to scrape something up and . . .  Well the first day has hardly come and gone and I feel like I'm already behind.  And I am good at being behind, so it shouldn't be surprising that I am indeed behind as usual.  Nevermind the fact that earlier I completely shut down and decided I didn't feel like creating anything creative today.  But, I guess. . .  in my ruminative, dreamy, nowhere, state  I conveniently remembered that I took a few pictures in the early afternoon and alas did indeed have something to post even if it was not what even I had expected.

So much for being creative and I guess I really am on vacation.  And I'd better wake up fast least I let the lazy days slip away into the ether with nothing left to remember them by.  And this is just a picture I took of some of the plastics sitting next to my kitchen sink, mainly water carriers and a few empty coffee cups and I think I need a refill tomorrow so I can start to be creative again.  And we all know how creative a cup of Starbucks Coffee can make me.  So . . . Stay Tuned . . .

WooHoo

I am so excited and can't believe it.  My eyes are spinning like plates in my head.  I am off for a week and finally have time to do a few uninterrupted creative things ... starting right here with my blog, and I am planning on posting something each day. So watch out, I may actually become a real blogger again!  WooHoo! . . Only time will tell.
